Can you write some recipes of protein shakes that are made without whey protein

I want to drink some protein shakes but I don't have whey protein so can u write some recipes without whey protein

1 glass of milk+ 7 egg whites+sweetner+cinnamon+NOSALT or salt.

1 glass of milk + 1 whole egg + 5 Egg Whites + 2 Tbspn Pancake Batter Mix

1 Glass Milk + 6 Egg Whites + tiny bit of raspberry custard mix

9 Egg whites + tiny bit of Walmart Brand Blueberry Greek Yogurt Pudding Mix Crack eggs fresh into blender, add powder and shake around vs blending.

1 cup pineapple juice +9 Egg whites shake around as mentioned above

9 Egg whites+ tiny biy of hershey's syrup

9 Egg whites + marichino cherry juice+1/4 cup 2% milk

Anthing you can think of with eggs, egg whites, and milk that suits your macros. Milk can be hard to balance out sometimes when you just wanna tiny bit of cereal with it.

I like drinking my milk like cereal with tiby bits of nuts. Sunflower seeds will give you the most bang for your buck and crunch for your macros in milk like cereal.

I recently switched to almond milk to see how my testosterone reacts. Was drinking nearly a gallon a day, but theres a chance it slightly lowerd your T for 2 hours after ingestion.

Substitute vanilla unsweetened almond milk for any of these, but get your protein up with egg whites.

Also sliced almonds for tiny amounts of cereal instead of sunflower seeds, or any other seeds.


In my opinion egg whites are meant to cracked fresh and usually cheaper than egg whites that come from seperation at bakeries that have been oxidizing for weeks to months.

The white stringy stuff is not cholestorol or fat, and is connective tissue. Suck this part out. Doesnt come in egg beaters. Try not to suck too much of the yolks cuz they can add up.

Also, dont f with egg seperators. The good ole back and forth will always kick tools in the rear. When they are on sale, buy about 4 dozen a day.

For the record, cheap whey is fine. Nobody has ultrapurified, nanotech advanced nanological shit. The offbrands use same suppliers as top brand in most cases. I use EAS Chocolate and it tastes good. It also tastes better when its on sale for 17 bucks.

Isolate is preferred after workout, but regular with mixes will do you just as good. Some people drink milk atfer workouts, which is ultra slow digesting. I've gotten good results with milk in my shakes. Also gotten results with dextrose and isolate shakes.

Bananas are close to the best for carbs and easy to take with you.

Also note that every one of those shakes could be a sin to some bodybuilders. Artifical sweeteners, real sugar, etc.................And then there's dextrose. The king of insulin spike. Try deadlifting and a dextrose isolate shake afterwards, making sure not too get too full, and you'll notice a little difference going on somewhere.

Dont have Dextrose on hand. Try adding 50-100 packets of splenda, equal, sweet-n-low to your shakes.(it wont add any calories, I swear, just read the label)
