fever isnt the only thing that makes you feel like crap. the infection itself is quite capable of making you feel all of those things without you having a fever at all. like an above poster said, its probably best to quit the acetaminophen, let your temp rise (making you feel even worse but allowing your body to fight it off more effectively) and simply staying in bed asleep all day.

also try to eat and drink more than usual
