Can someone help me with a health question

Im miserable...been sick since saturday. I woke up at 4:30am shivering, aching, feeling worse. Took some motrin went back to sleep....feeling that way again...took my temp and it is only 97.3??? why do I feel like I have a fever if it is that low.......

I never run fever but I will get like that....my whole equalibrium (sp?) will feel off and all.

Drink lots of fluids and get lots of rest

I'm sorry your not well, Tylenol ( acetamenaphin ) is better for fever than Motrin (ibuprophin), first I'd check my temp again, sounds fishy to me, some of those digital thermometers are off by several degrees I've found. My old faithful is Nyquil Nightime, but Daytime works too, but I'd rather be asleep resting if I can.
Drink plenty of water.

Nyquil it is going to be.....I have on...(don't laugh) wool socks, fleece pj pants, long sleeve shirt, fuzzy robe and under three blankets and I still cold......

Your body is trying to raise it's temperature, same as being too cold, you shiver.

Pile on the blankets, drink hot stuff, try to raise your temperature. And if it's possible stop the acetominophen/ibuprofen/aspirin. In other words, shoot for sweat. If you'd generate a fever you might burn out the bug.
