My sister made her own decisions.
Now she has 4 kids, All but two from different guys and NONE of which she takes care of. Other people have that burden of raising her problems.

Kids definately need guidance IMO.

That's is why you are a parent.. to make choices for them until they are old

I understand what you are saying but it took two to make those children, the only difference is that the woman is the one "left holding the bag" so to speak.

I said it once and I will say it again. I would rather have the daughter than be the mother of the son that got "some psycho pregnant". Like it or not, if my child lays down and creates a life - that life is half my blood.

So all of you who think it is easier to have a son, think again.

I wasn't targeting females in particular. Yes I know the men are equally as responsible. I'm just telling what happened to my sister, which was a "kid" did to ruin her life. If I had a brother that did the same thing I would've told the same story about him.

The moral is that "kids" (male or female) need descipline and guidence from their parents.

My Daughter is 12 and knows all about this issue including pregnancy, how boys will
NEED to get in her pants and try anything to do so, diseases, periods, Love and Sex are different things and that sex is something beautiful to be cherrished and not abused.

The latter part of my post was not directed towards you, but all the others that seemed to think that it is "easier" to be the parent of one gender child over the other. As you pointed out, it matters not as it takes two to create one life.

Sex and death - two "uncomfortable" topics that children begin to question adults about between the ages of 4 - 6. If everyone would just stopped being so fucking terrified of these two basic normal parts of our human existance, then our lives would be so much less complicated.

Can we please pull our heads out of our asses and stop "protecting" our children from life?... What say we teach them about it instead?

Most teen girls first have sex between the ages of 12 and 13 yrs in the US. Nothing has changed. Back when Jesus was around people could wait until they got married because over there it happened when they were that young in arranged marriages. Now we are expected to wait an extra 10-15 years to finally have sex and then get divorced 2 years later? The fact is that humans have sex and become sexually active around mid teen years on average. Don't expect your daughter to wait until marriage to have sex. I know I didn't and don't know anyone who has. My parents lived together before they were married and so did my wife and I. Your daughter will prob shack up with at least one person before getting married so learn to deal with societies norms.
