I am not sure if this is due to how I was born, or due to my previous drug abuse, but either way I now cannot obtain a full erection. I can get hard, and have no problem ejaculating...but I don't get rock hard or even hard enough for vaginal penetration. I've had multiple girls ask me to fuck them and I just can't, I hate it. What treatment/pill do you all suggest I take?

Sorry to hear that. You could have problems that may or may not be fixed by a pill. I'd still try to find a way to see a doc.
Explain your financial situation to them and that you would need to keep any tests limited, etc. When I was younger, in college, I would do this as I just didn't have the money to blow and I didn't have insurrance. I often found doc's to be pretty sensitive to this and they'd pretty much do what they could to be reasonable (lots of free samples, reduced fees, etc).
I know this isn't what you wanted to hear and I am sure someone will post all kinds of drugs/supps you can try. But, if it were me and this were happening at age 19 I'd for damn sure want to know the root cause.

Go see the doc. Your 19. You haven't had enough time for smoking to even begin to affect your dick yet. Further, assuming your not doing Heroin, or Coke/crack as your drug habit. Likely that wouldn't be the cause either.
At 19 years of age there should be plenty of room for abuse of your system without affecting your "ding-dong". Likely it's related to another matter entirely and needs medical attention.
Or, you could stop looking at fat chicks. They do that to me too.
