BigAndy69 Your Canadian Idol Platinum Mar 31, 2001 #13 You can not stay on low carbs like this for more than 3-4 days without going back up to maintenance for 2 days, and carb loading for 1 day. At your rate, you are definetly losing muscle. If you need specific info, just ask.
