Can losing a pretty large amount of weight quick make you sick

You can not stay on low carbs like this for more than 3-4 days without going back up to maintenance for 2 days, and carb loading for 1 day. At your rate, you are definetly losing muscle. If you need specific info, just ask.
 
Whats the recommended carb intake for cutting phase then, I thought it was supposed to stay under 100 if you weighed about 200 lbs
