If the average person only had a clue HOW IMPORTANT what they eat is to their success in this area.

I remember back in the day, my exsister/brother in law commenting about how I would choose what food offerings I would/wouldn't eat during family bbq's and parties. They would say, "Well, that's all well and good but I want to eat whatever I want."

They were way fat and nasty.

My answer with a smile was, "Oh I do eat whatever I want. You and I just want different things."

Your ex-family member's sound like a elastic-waistband manufacturer's dream.

I would have added that your eating patterns would not cause you fat-induced diseases like diabetes, hypertension and arthritis in the future too.

Some people will never "get it" no matter how you cook it up for 'em. *bangs head on wall*. :)

If she starts to incorporate weights, she will see a DRAMATIC difference in her body. She can lift EXACTLY like you - heavy and intense. She will not get huge or get musclebound. :)

The elastic waistband mafia fo sho!

And for the thread originator's edification if it was that easy for men to get "musclebound" then they wouldn't ever take anabolics.... just think on that. :)
 
really.... I mean...if she was going to compete...and had a couple years under her belt hard training, I could understand the question...but if she was training hard with good food, like described above....(by these awesome, very sexy ladies) she would morph into super-mom no time flat! She'd hit a plateau after a while....but then...you'd be on DRAGONDOOR dot com and checking out "the kettlebell goddess" and she would break it!!! HAHAHAH I'm just a kettlebell junkie....so forgive me...but great, FUN workouts...see if there is an RKC in your area!!!!
