can expired creatine make you sick?

I have some un open creatine that expired about 6 months ago, I didn't use it because I was away and came back last week, I was wondering if I can use it since I have a very sensitive stomach, or it'll make me sick.

Supplements don't really expire. They have a 'best before date' more then an expiration date. Generally speaking, any supplement that was stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight will still be safe to use 2 years past its expiration date. If it only expired 6 months ago it should be fine to use with no problems.

You need to be a little bit more careful with food based supplements like fish oil and whey protein. As long as the protein or fish oil doesn't smell or taste rancid (think sour milk) it is still fine to use.
