Ok so i trained hard for 8month and my body really started looking good. I went from 220lbs (mostly fat) and then dropped too 200lbs in a month just by doing weights and light cardio. I felt great and looked best i ever have in my life..i'am 26.
Now a month ago i had an operation and i am piling the weight back on as i cant lift a weight or do even a little cardio.
Can anyone give me a diet that wud help me keep the weight off while i am house bound. I really dont want to be a fat mess again :-( lol.
Back training in 6 weeks. Thanks to all who read or reply to this :-)

Cut out all carbs bro, it's easy to eat carbs and that leads to over eating especially if you're not exercising. Also make sure you get plenty of protein, that'll help preserve muscle mass and I read somewhere that 50% of the calories from protein are used in digesting it do you're getting less overall...

Nothing but protein or add fruit and veg with that. I am a good trainer but dam i suck at nutrition haha. Thanks for your reply dude :-)

Vegetables rather than fruit, fruit has plenty of sugar in it.

Track what you eat and stay below 2,200 or so cals per day. Half of those should be protein. You won't be hungry after you mow down 3 chicken breasts and a pound of turkey per day.
