Can Anyone Give Pro Advice For A Begginer

HI IM NEW ON HERE AND JUST TO LET YOU KNOW IM LOOKING TO MAKE A FEW FRIENDS AND TAKE THE SPORT SERIOUS

CAN ANYONE GIVE GOOD ADVICE AS HAVE BEEN TRAINING FOR THREE YRS AND BEEN RESEARCH AS FOR A COUPLE MTHS AND VERY CONFLICKTING REPORTS AS TO WHAT TO START ON ORAL IS SUPPOST BE WORSE THAN INJ AS LIVER STRAIN IS DECA AND STANON 250 A GOOD OR BAD CHOICE

PS SORRY FOR GOING ON NEARLY WROTE A BOOK LOL :rainbow:

What is your diet and training like? What is your goal? Short term goal and long term goal?
 
First off u don't have to write in all capital letters so that we can read it; My Eyes are burning after i read your post..

Serouisly though as mentioned above post your stats, Cycle history, goals, diet, training regiment and your goals...
 
take the caps off.

Suggestion before you do any cycle:
1-Read and find out more about steroids and what they do to your body. Anabolic 2002-2006 are good references
2-Learn all the steroid profiles so you know what you are taking. If you learn than you won't depend on other people to tell what to do.
3-Take all precautions before starting, i.e. learn about aromatization, gyno, estrogen blockers, PCT and other things which will have an impact on your cycle.

sorry about caps on im 5"9 190 pounds no as history goal is to get gigger and toned good diet multi vits protien creatine train 3 -4 times week :qt:

list your diet. how many macronutrients do you take? how much protein? how many grams of carbs how many calories? what will your diet look like on the cycle? "get bigger and toned" in not a goal. Drinks some soy sauce, gain a pound or two, will be bigger, no need for drugs. How much muscle do you want to gain? what is your percent bodyfat right now? Training 3 times per week = waste of gear.

The point i am trying to make is you can "get bigger and toned" without using anabolics, i can get you to do that just by training correctly and eating specifically for your goal (which you have yet to define).
