firstly WOW what a site this is and what a great and active community

I am a "46 yr old" Mr nobody who took one supervised test cycle 15yrs back to celebrate my 30 birthday in style with a newb BB competition and i am in TOTAL MOTIVATION MODE to do my second cycle....:evil:
I have been training regularly since my 40th after a fantastic weekend in Amersterdam with my best friend and training buddy from my college days where it was decided that "letting it all hang out" weight wise was after 40 was not on the cards !
I signed up on this forum therefore to get up to speed on training dieting and whats new and certainly not to waste your valuable time.

anyways my stats

6ft 2 205lbs around 14%bf

i have lost 16lb since the beginning of juin mostly diet and cardio (400miles running)
for the last 3 months i have split 4 ways 25mins of weights one body part and then 30-45mins of running.

i have now changed up to 40mins *4 four way split + 20mins cardio after weights
...using a calorie deficiency of about 300cals a day (2600cal a day 300 long carbs 200g protein split over 6 meals)

this is what i am doing for the next pre cycle period during this period am doing a T3 +clen cycle i have used both before in these doses without problems i am currently day 5 today.

day1-3 40-60-80mg clen
day4-12 100-120clen +25mg-50mg T3 ramped 4 days each
day13-28 100clen +1mgketofen/day + 75mg--50mg-25mg T3 ramped 5 days each
day28-32 12.5 mg T3

WORKOUTS during the period above
1 primary basic for 5*6-8 after warmup +2-3 supporting exercises per bodypart 1min between sets other than squats.

chest tris
legs biceps
shoulders... (this is where i need to improve the most
back.

At the end of this after 1-2wk lull chemically i would intend to do a basic Cycle using +400cals maintenance (3100cals total)

1-4 30mg dianabol
1-12 400mg test Cyprionate 1 inj/wk
2-12 0.5 arimidex ED
12-15 1g arimidex ED
13-20 Ostarine 25mg ED

15-20 PCT ...unleashed or equivelant +bridge *2

could you comment on all this and fill in the all holes !!

I think honestly you should be on some light anabolic during the time you are on the T3 and clen imo. Something like provirone 25mg am and pm every day. lowers estrogen and prolactin. Locks onto the androgen receptors in fat cells better then any steroid on the market, Its not highly suppressive,and a quick recovery after. you should have plenty of time to recovery. Wait a week or two after that and then start the next cycle. I would just stay on till the end of the next cycle but that is me and I really don't feel like outlining everything it would take and you would need to do so. After the provirone T03 and clen run is over stop and run this.
weeks
1-6 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and pm every day for the first 4 weeks then drop down to 3 and 3 pumps for the last 2 weeks.
1-4 hcgenerate 3 cap am 2 caps pm..

Wait a week or two after this pct is over then roll into the next cycle.

Next cycle outline as below.

1-12 400mg test Cyprionate 1 inj/wk
1-4 30mg dianabol ( try to split this up 10mg tabs would make this easy.
2-12 12.5mg aromasin/Liqui-Aromas every other day... Always use a suicidal aromatase inhibitor for long turn use and or on cycle use. - Need To Build Muscle Inc. Official Blog <<<------read here
12-18 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and pm first 4 weeks 3/3 the last 2 weeks.
12-16 phytoserm-347 1 cam am and pm
16-21 bridge 1 cap 3 times a day
16-21 Ostarine 25mg ED (never use sarms during pct only during cycle or after pct..


Hope I have been of some help my friend. You can skip the provirone if you like and just follow the above cycle plan when ever you feel you are ready for it.. Have a great day

no arimidex ...ok replaced with aromasin

i will therefore not use the sarms during PCT but after understood,

do i need liver supp ?

regarding threads i hope i can post my log to the board and give a detailed account of my progress as testimonial to the interesting next 4 months for me in the gym and hopfully fun to read !

At the very least always run forged liver support when you are running orals like Dbal. I highly recommend using N2gaurd during this time and most would Tell you to use the N2guard the entire cycle.. :biggrin:

I finally started my thread and i even recieved my" bits and pieces" in the post today so apart from aromasin i got all i need for some quality gains, i shall now ramp my training and strength to a peak before going into "HULK" mode ;-)

i am currently researching the nutrition part as i am at 2500 cals 180g of protein and 300carbs a day split 6 during my t3/clen period. what calorie base would you point me to and is there a good guide on the site that you could link me to ?? i see soo many posts with guys on 400g of protein and 5000cals this is not for me i feel ! maybe +300 over maintenance(3000) a day ?

Hey there Needto!! I live in Australia (Bondi to be exact lol) and have a few questions to know EXACTLY what I really should be doing..

I want to shred/cut-up/lose lots of body fat.

My goal is sports modelling and to lean out for long, slender shapely legs :) (for dancing, and wearing short-shorts lol)

I am blood type O, I eat only green veggies, turkey, chicken and tuna, and natural yoghurt, I execrise regularly at a good intensity, (have had to back off high impact a little due to knee surgery)

I want a supplement stack that won't cause detrimental health issues (especially as a woman, I still want children later on) and supps I can get in Aus ^_^

I have researched multitudes of journals, blogs and reports.. I just need advice from a professional who knows what they're on about and well, the perfect stack to get the perfect body!!

Your advice and time is greatly appreciated and valued :)

what is your goal again? diet is so much more simple then most make it though.. We will talk and you will see what I mean
