Pick one calf exercise (it doesn't matter which one)
Use a weight that's 75% of your max (you will be doing 75 reps)
Do 20 reps and keep going until you HAVE TO stop
Wait 10 seconds, then start again from the number where you left off.
Keep doing this until you get to 75 reps.
Done.
When you get used to this, go to 1oo reps, when you get used to that go to a heavier weight.
This is the only calf routine you will ever need.
