Did you know 78% of people that show up on your lot will buy, and 90% of those 78% will buy within 1 week of them leaving. That's why follow up is so important if you can't close them when they're on your lot.
also, did you know 50% of people will buy on the spot if you give them a good enough presentation of the vehicle?
Yet, the average closing ratio is only 20%...When times are slow you have to perserver, and make those sales. Get your guys on the phones, off their butts, and close some deals.
