basic backload:
abombs @ 50mgs ed 4wk, cheese no topping pizza, 6 pck diet, gal of 2% milk, NO FRUIT (you could die), 500mgs decca/250 mgs test (ed eight weeks)
pct with dnp and organic fruits and vegetables only, using tofu instead of meats (8wk)
