Great Post Man.
So many of stupid gym buddies think that diet doesn't affect just as long as you eat a lot.
I tell them no if you want to have the proper physique you will need to eat right and lift very hard. It's gotten to the point where i get made fun of for making egg whites instead of making fried eggs with heaps of bacon. And i 99 percent of the time i pass on fast food.
Just remember a cheat meal here and there won't kill ya just satisfy you.
