burnout

I get "burned out" after 3 days of working out....just so tired that I can't think....so take a break if you need one!!

I like the suggestion of going to see an event, whatever it may be to re-motivate you....
 
I've gone through some weird highs and lows with working out the past few years (I won't go there) and I have found that trying something new (kick boxing, jazz, ballet, biking (like outdoors with other people), kayaking, water skiing) has kept me going through some great periods of disinterest in basic cardio or weights.

And sometimes just planting yourself on the sofa, hammock or in bed with a good book or pile of magazines is good for soul too.
 
Just a different take - do you live in an area with little sun in the winter? Seasonal Affective Disorder (lack of sunlight causing metabolic changes) hits hard right around this time if you're at all sensitive to it.
