Burn the fat feed the muscle??

New member
Just doing some research in changing my diet and work out routine, I want to try something new. Being an ex-football player I have always focused on strength and size. Now I am focusing on looking good and toning.

I have read alot of good things about this Burn the fat feed the muscle
e-book, but I wanted to see if anyone on this forum has had any experience with it, and if so how did you like it????

Thanks,

The book is good to me, but its mostly basic info that most athletes already know

I have read many excerpts from it on various boards. I.e. ironman, musclemag.

Basically, Venuto suggest eatting foods that increase metabolism..strawberries.

Also, fasted cardio. Somewhat a debate on this. However, the guy is ripped.

If you control your insulin. And do fasted cardio whilst eatting cleanly...you get ripped

There ya have it

I personally have the book. It is a great book to learn everything you need to learn about losing bodyfat. It isn't some sort of crash diet, its a reasonable way to live. I highly recommend the book.
