Last night post chinese I was ~174 lbs lol

This morning .. not even 11 hours later I was 167 lbs

I was 158 lbs when I left ... scale weight.

My point? Do I even have one? lol ... Oh ya, scale weight ... Just why I do NOT rely on the scale PERIOD ... & being the good ole *Bunny* I am, I need to share with you my daily body changes... b/c I KNOW some of you really get picky about the scale & wanna FREAK OUT ...

So DON'T ... most cases it is mostly water .. there's ^^ another example...

My body ripped through that food ... :D all of it ... & I didn't have my gluc & Sesa or 2.5 gallons of water like I should have ... Bad Bunny... spank spank spank :D

Just wanted to say I spent about 4 hrs today reading your thread, pretty amazing transformation bunny! Very good motivator. Sometimes I dont feel well or feel weak and would really like skipping out on the gym but after reading this I dont think I could let myself be a wus.

All good in Cloudy London thanks Bunz!! Vacations are always necessary! Just to be in yr own company.. have some alone time.. makes a big difference to a busy schedule or disliking yr job.. Make the impossible.. Possible!! :) Will update some of my photos this week..

Since I tell you all everything anyway, I might as well fill you in as to the events yesterday ...

My work day was spent in the ER, under instruction of my physician, because over the last 24 hours things got progressively worse than the usual ‘water dumping’ one can experience from a cheat meal / R & R / time off etc. (<-- using that as an EXAMPLE) Headaches, dizzyness, nausea to name a few...
For the record, I’ve had cheats that far exceeded a little weekend getaway so I can say with surety THAT really had Zero to NO impact on my situation (seeing I know my personal bill of health better than anyone, I think you can understand why that needed to be said ... I can't stand when others try to analyze a situation without all the little details which in my case make ALL the difference ... )

The previous evening you noticed I didn’t sleep at all, up every hour or so, and by the time I was out of the shower, I couldn’t lift up my right leg to sit up on the bed, without using my hand for a boost.

I felt like someone was standing on my lower abdomen & repeatedly punching my back right in the kids … all issues right side based, even down to my knee .. wtf…

It was as if I threw my back out or hurt something training, and then again, me lugging groceries & bags up 3 flights within minimal trips, I could have easily hurt something. So no use in trying to pinpoint any one thing, although it did help a little with keeping me calm, but the reality of my situation is I have kidney issues to begin with and no one thing would be the cause, and this was probably a long time coming.

For those that don’t know, the tumor that was found stemmed from a lymphnode in my right lower abdominal region. So the last time I had any symptoms remotely close to these, I was told I had cancer… tried NOT to panic as best I could. :insane:

Basically the ER doc gave me "You have a Rip Roarin' Kidney infection ..." diagnosis … after ruling out all other possibilities … although the potential for a possible kidney stone was not dismissed, just couldn’t be ‘confirmed’ , as with ANYTHING I have been through health wise… :rolleyes: .. such is my life of NEVER knowing why … you get use to it after awhile. So frustrating at times… but this is why I am as strong as I today and I regret nothing … Everything happens for a reason. At least it can be said at this time it is NOT the cancer and there is no futher damage to my right kidney.

I don’t feel like wasting any more time explaining myself and my diet/training/fitness lifestyle regimen … my health & situation is VERY different than the normal average person, and drawing comparisons is IMO not acceptable. In only a few hours, I received the info & results I needed to assess my situation, which normally would take at least a week ... should address the severity of my situation eh? :D & it was NICE to feel that the docs cared to keep on top of everything … again my cancer is a blessing.

See I was thinking of you last night while I had my hunger pains.... and they went away!
I had a kidney stone before... It felt like somebody friggin kicked me in the low back... It was numb up the right side of my back and down through my butt. It went on and off for about 4-6 weeks until I couldn't sit/stand/walk/talk/etc.... and then it finally passed and I slept for a solid day. NO FUN Just take it as easy as you can, I know you know best :heart:

Bunns, this sounds EXACTLY like what I just got through...same symptoms, same diagnosis. It took a while, almost a month after the antibiotics, for the excessive peeing to stop. I gained 8-12lbs of water weight overnight which eventually did come off in abt 10 days. And my appetite was totally shot too during this time. Just sharing what I went through if it's any help to you, although I don't have the same medical history as you.

My eyes actually popped when I read your symptoms and diagnosis because it was exactly what I experienced to a tee. I actually thought I hurt my lower back doing sumo squats initially. But no kidding about infections sucking...Much :heart: and hugs to you during this time.

I felt this way too. I didn't know what to do with myself since I was so used to hitting the gym in the mornings or when I got home. But I actually let myself relax a little....I watched mindless tv, read magazines, watched dvds and sometimes just even laid in bed and rested. Guess what? I think my body really liked it and appreciated it. I never got a reason on why I got such a bad kidney infection out of the blue, but sometimes it may just be the body's way of pleading for some rest. Give it a chance. And remember it's not worth it to overexert yourself when you are already sick...the consequences are much worse! But you already know that, of course! ;)

Wow Bunny. What did I tell ya about looking better than most people even with a month of not training. :) The 8 day layoff didn't do a thing to make you look any different as far as I can see. :)

Thanks Jens!!! I need to get the lenses changed to match my new rxn ... :) I'm going to buy another pair of brown tortoise shell frames when I can afford it as well ... I slept with these on last night ... passed out on the couch :) :D :evil:
