Bulking while VERY active

I've been trying to get my diet on track because I'm having a hard time gaining weight despite eating loads, so I'm trying to get my macro numbers all figured out for this particular situation. I work as a construction labourer 5 days a week which is very active, then I also do weights about 5 times a week. Here are my stats:
Age: 22
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 170
Bodyfat: ~10%

I entered my information into a nutrition calculator and this came out:

Maintenance calories: 3350
Textbook gain: 3680
Breakdown:
Carbs: 622
Protein: 150
Fats: 67

What do you guys think of these numbers? It seems protein could be 20 or so grams higher and carbs brought down a little bit. But please give me some input here and any advice you may have.

Then alternatively I could also do something like this:
Carbs: 497
Protein: 226
Fat: 80

This provides a 55/25/20 split. Let me know how this might compare

I'd say this one. I'm also extremely active and to bulk I have to have carbs around 600 and fats at 100 id keep protein at body weight in a bulk because your body doesn't need as much protein in a bulk because it does protein synthesis much easier. So protein at body weight and fats where you feel comfortable and the rest carbs

Numbers look good but impossible to tell if it would work for YOU without your current diet.

How much have you been eating on average in the past couple weeks?
Since you say your weight has stagnated, gauging your maintenance through your diet in the past couple days/weeks would work out better than an online calculator.
