Im sure its been asked too many times , but im not platinum and search capability is limited so help is appreciated.
Im 22 doing a deca/dbol cycle to gain mass. Im about 2.5 weeks in on my 8 weeker and i dont like what i see. I seem to have put on a lot of blubber and not enough muscle. The exception is that i have been eatting VERY CLEAN. Mostly I eat shakes with oats, protein and olive oil.
Can someone help me figure out how many calories and the macros I should bee eatting?

How much cardio should be done on this type of cycle and when?
