i agree with njripped. your bf is probably closer to 15%+.
however, don't take this the wrong way, but your chest is underdeveloped. if you build your lats, pecs, and delts, your belly will probably seem much smaller.
i recommend you start working the chest, shoulders, back and legs out. you could put on a few pounds of mass, definitely. i say this only as a recommendation, not to criticize your physique.
look around for some good routines/diets for building mass.
