Bulking equals Pot belly?

Not much at all. I barely used to drink (like once a month) Lately I drink more, but it depends, an average of maybe once a week. some weeks no alchohol at all, some weeks maybe up to 2-3 times a week max, and two beers and I am almost drunk so even if I drink it is usually just one or maybe two beers, or my preference ... whiskey.

Good idea, I think I have one or two photos that are relevant available, I will look for them and post them. I will try to get more taken to post also.
 
Ok, here are some photo's. All feedback will be appreciated.
Please note that most these photo's are old, I have worked out a lot since then but belly still no better, the rest is :) :)
I am aware that I have some extra fat on the body in some of these photo's but still when I have had much less fat allover there is no improvement in the abs. I will try to post more relevant photo's but right now I am bulking so they may not be that relevant. I will post anyway when I get the chance, obviously once I cut the examples will be most relevant as then advice like lose body fat% will not be so relevant as it is to these pics.
Anyways, who knows, maybe it is fat and if I go down to 8% it will go away but hopefully you can see what I mean by protuding in these pics.

From those pics, I would say that your bodyfat isn't nearly as low as you think. To be sure, have yourself hydrostatically tested to determine bodyfat levels - calipers just aren't accurate. Like me, you appear to hold your remianing fat stores on your stomach area. The only way I could resolve the problem was to maintain very low bodyfat levels.
 
i agree with njripped. your bf is probably closer to 15%+.

however, don't take this the wrong way, but your chest is underdeveloped. if you build your lats, pecs, and delts, your belly will probably seem much smaller.

i recommend you start working the chest, shoulders, back and legs out. you could put on a few pounds of mass, definitely. i say this only as a recommendation, not to criticize your physique.

look around for some good routines/diets for building mass.

Yep, thanks guys, that is what I have been doing for the last few months, and that is since those pics were taken. I still need more mass but hopefully once I get much bigger I will lose the body fat and hopefully the stomach will become flat then. will post pics at that stage.
