Started my diet finally this week. Bulking up trying to get 3000-3500 calories a day. So I have been packing my small meal to eat during the day. ie turkey wraps. chicken wrapped in lettuce different types of fruits just about anything. been weighing everything making sure its right
But here is the problem. Where i work. we use a community fridge, Except for the first day. All of my smaller meals and snack have disappeared. Of course of the 30 people there no one know what the hell happened. So went in to the boss and reported it. He word was hey u dont like it there are 20 guys out there that will take ur job and a pay cut for it.
The only thing i have found they will not take are protein shakes. stuff like that.
What can I make the i can mix up to get what i need for the day without taking my meals except for lunch into the workplace? for the caloric intake and protein i need about 155 grams a day.
ANy advice would be great!
