Hey everyone  need some help...... I've been bulking up (naturally) for the past 6 weeks, I've gained VERY WELL thanks to sound advice and info from the kind members of Elite Fitness. My weight has rocketed from 176lbs to 188lbs  ( 22 years old, 5'11 bodyfat untested so estimated at 15-20% ) good lean gains of powerful muscle for the most part (i measured bis yesterday at 16 inches after a workout!). I have started to notice an unwanted rise in bodyfat in the abdominal area in the past couple of days, I'd really like to keep bulking up but minimize my bodyfat gains. My diet looks like this - 3600-4000 calories with 230+ grams protein (usually about 250g), 350g carbs and 120-150g fat daily split fairly evenly over 6 meals. I don't have a great budget to work with at the moment so I just get the best and most lean food that I can afford. This is the most muscular I've ever been and I want to get to my genetic max if possible before I do a cycle but I really can't afford to gain more fat. is this as far as i can go? I don't know! Any advice here would be helpful

Try some cardio before your first meal in the morning it will force your body to burn up fat stores. Congrats on the gains

You'll want to knock back at lwast 10g of BCAA's beforehand if you go this route. Try cutting the carbs down a bit, and upping the protein.
