I need advice on diet for a friend of mine who has competed in bikini in the past and wants to bulk up a bit for figure. She's a couple weeks into her first cycle of oxandrolone 10mg split 5/5, and wants to know if here diet is on point. I only have experience with natural bulking so I wanted to get a variety of opinions from people more qualified than I to answer her. Her stats: 5'5", 135#, estimates her bf around 20% right now. She works out 5 days a week and all weights, no cardio. Her current diet is 2000-2200 kcals, with macro ratios at 50% protein/ 30% fat/ 20% carbs. She's taking in about 2-2.5g protein per pound of body weight daily, which I would think is too much but I know it is all different when you're on gear. Is her diet okay or is there something she should tweak in terms of daily calories or macronutrient ratio that would make her bulking cycle as optimal as possible? Thanks in advance
