Hey guys, who does cardio while on a bulk cycle? I'm not talking about a super, strenuous 45 minute cardio session. I'm talking about 15-20 minutes to keep the heart in shape and stay a little tighter. So, who does it?
Well im not on a huge bulking cycle or anything, just sus 500 but its my first one and I have been doing cardio 3x a week for 30 mins and I have still gained 30+ lbs and lost about 2% bf so far. So even though this isnt a "bulking cycle" like most on here would do, it was what I was trying to accomplish with it and it seems to be working.

Oh yeah, i threw in some fina and have been on that for 2 weeks now
I'm doing 20 minutes with each workout but it is little more than walking fast (130 bpm heart rate). I can't do much more or the lower leg pumps kill me. I'm actually looking forward to real cardio in December....finally get my bodyfat % down where I want it.
I'll do cardio when bulking but NOT on an empty stomach. I find it helps keep fat down and also i do it for heart health. I just don't go overboard on it either.
