Treating the pumps will not limit progress at all. Mr supps sells bulk powder taurine that is much cheaper and mixes well into prewprkput shake.

All it takes is "1" to break through a plateau. All it takes is determination, and the spirit to never give up. All it takes is everything you have, brought into that single effort.

I pulled 495 lbs. on a Dead Lift for 1 today. As I stood erect holding the weight, waiting for a gym friend to count down the seconds for a good PL rep I felt a calmness come over me. Every goal can be realized through single minded effort and all out drive. I'm just getting started.

Weighed in at 247 this morning. My body weight continues to increase gradually which, from what I understand, is a good sign that I will keep it. I started to push the over training envelope again this past week, so I pulled back slightly on my number of sets, took a couple single days off, and slept for 14 hours last night. Now it's time to eat, and eat, and eat...

Followed DL's with leg press, 8 plates on each side, curls, and extensions. I finished up having a laugh with another gym friend. "My girlfriend has to beat me off with a stick!", he exclaimed. Too funny...

Nice Job Brother, That is very impressive! Eat up and let that body continue to recover and grow. Damn, 495 is Beast Mode!

Thanx for the support guys, it's nice to get the good feedback.

So I have been dropping my reps as I pyramided up, and am now taking those max weights and, after a thorough warm up, reverse pyramiding 5/5/8/10. It just came together this week, but I had been planning it for a couple weeks. So far I have kept my heaviest weight, even when the first set is just 3 or 4, and will be looking to keep pushing for heavier weights for a couple weeks. I have a gym friend who just switched to 4 sets of 15, which he said he got from one of the Olympians, so I may be doing that in my last 4 or 5 weeks of cycle, we will see.

Right now I am just feeling really big; really full. And definitely showing a fuller physique overall. Wow, starting week 5. In some ways it seems I have been on this cycle longer as I have gotten alot done already. I'm determined to keep this vibe and squeeze every last bit out of my life for the rest of this cycle and beyond.

Carpe Diem Bro's!

Sounds lime all is going according to plan. Keep up the hard work and intensity.

So some tension came to a head at work Wednesday, and I found myself in a heated exchange with the person who, at the time, seemed like the source of all my problems. It wasn't "roid rage" to put it mildly, but it definitely got my pulse racing. As I sat basking in the afterglow of this uncomfortable exchange, a co-worker called over my shoulder, "Probably a good time for the weight room." My supervisor agreed and, although I had planned a day off, I ran in for legs assault.

I was so focused, I changed in seconds and hit the squat rack. I warmed up for my first, heaviest set of a reverse pyramid, and when I hit it it was all smooth motion with 315 down to the box and back up for 5. I wracked the weight and stood staring into the mirror on the wall. It was only then that I realized I hadn't put on my belt. I just kept going, 295/275/255/225, bringing my reps up every set. I had been cautious with 315, but now that I know I can nail it without a belt I'm sure my confidence will be reflected in my weights increasing next time.

I'm set for chest/front and center deltoid/tris in an hour. Check back for the update. Just gotta rock some Buddhist practice and grab my pwo supps.

Body weight at 249 1/2 lbs. this morning. I knew I should have weighed myself before going to the bathroom...

Weights keep going up. 335 on flat bench for 1 just to push past the 315 ceiling, 245 incline bench, 100 lb weighted dips, then flys, OHP, and angled scull crushers. All the regulars in the gym telling me I'm looking big, and me feeling it as well.

I'll be wrapping up the Helladrol/Test suspension/Venom Transderm kickers this week so we'll see what I hang on to. I've been consistent with the aromasin, so hopefully I don't have tons of bloat. I continue to slowly show more definition, so I am not looking to do any major changes in the diet. I said i would post a picture for my 50th birthday at the end of the month (thanks for the nice b'day wish Mr. Steel), and although my target for "summer body" is 6 weeks off, it is important to do what you say, so keep an eye out.

I am looking really good first thing in the morning. I get a little bloat in my nipples as the day goes on, and they get sore to the touch, but I haven't detected any signs of gyno. If I massage them for a while they feel better (I imagine I could post video of this on the internet somewhere). It seems like they started getting stretched out a couple weeks ago, thus the discomfort. Legs tomorrow, maybe DL's this week, which I have been swapping every other session with squats.

I've been able to come away from every gym session knowing I really killed it for weeks now. That is the best part; joy in the struggle.
