bros am i overtraining?

Hi it goes like this
..as readin through loads of stuff on this board ,i got prety much confused as wat training schedule shd i follow cuz .I've been training double parts on a day from last 4 months[ iknow i'm still a novice] which something like this :[remember i was juicing for last 8 weeks on & 4 weeks off]
MONDAY-CHEST &UPPER BACK
-PUSH UPS-2*10
1]FLAT BENCH PRESS= 4*10 1]FRONT PULL DOWN- ==4*10
2] INCLINED PRESS - = 4*10 2]SEATED ROWING ==4*10
3]DUMBELL FLY = 4*10 3]MACHINE T-BAR== 4*10
- 4]PULL OVER == 4*10 4]ONE ARM DUMBELL ROW== 4*10
5] DECLINE PRESS== 4*10
6] DECLINE DUMBELL PRESS== 4*10
7] DUMBELL CROSS OVER=== 4*10


TUESDAY-LEGS & SHOULDERS
1]FRONT SQUAT ==4*10 1]FRONT BARBELL PRES ==4*10
2]BACK SQUAT ==4*10 2]BACK BARBELL PRESS ==4*10
3]LAYING LEG CURL ===4*10 3] ALTERMATE DUMBELL PRESS ==4*10

WEDNESDAY-BISCEPS & TRICEPS

but now i think i was overtraing myself & won't expect much gains from this type of training programe so i've decided to go for 3 day split
which is somthing like this
Day 1 - shoulders & bis
Day 2 - legs
Day 3 - off
Day 4 - chest & tris
Day 5 - back
Day 6 - off
Day 7- off
cuz i'm livin in new delhi -INDIA, & the summers have started here so i think 3 day split wld b ok .now ques :will 3day split wld be enough to build quality mass as expected, secondly do winters or summers have any effect on the body I mean that one shld do more in winters & less in summers, thirdly r those excercises too much for single part or shld i scratch anyone of 'em & PLZ suggest wat pryamid shld i follow to attain mass[PLZ REMEMBER THAT I ALMOST STAY AT HOME RELAXING ALL THE TIME].AS I'm on high protien & low carb diet Advice from senior membs would b apperciated .Plz only genuine advices cuz its my body so no kinda risk . [ novices like me plz stay away]

Now that I see your sets and reps I would say in some regards you are likely pushing it!!!
If these are intense and to failure, then damn!! 24 sets of chest? 20 sets of biceps?
I see your possible new workout plan... Have ever tried one bodypart per day?? You are nearly doing that with your new routine.. Try working:
Day 1 Chest (16 sets, reps at 10 until failure)
Day 2 Back (16 sets, reps at 10 until failure)
Day 3 Arms (Bi's 12 sets / Tri's 12 sets reps at 10 until failure)
Day 4 Shoulders (16 sets, reps at 10 until failure)
Day 5 Legs (Upper and lower) (15upper, 12 lower reps at 10 until failure)
Day 6 off
Day 7 off

Hopefully the above makes sense??
For me this program has made definite improvments in my gains both in terms of strength and size. I am in my late 30's so I find a schedule like this allows my body plenty of recovery time...
 
What the fuck did that say? Why do you have to abbreviate words and write stupid shit like "plz"? Are you MissyD's brother? More importantly, what the fuck were you doing juicing in your second month of training? You barely even know how to lift weights. That, my friend, was fucking stupid.

And, no, you're not going to gain any quality mass on a high protein/low carb diet. Not gonna happen.

Oh, and I just looked back at your routine. If by "rotating shoulder shrugs" you mean you shrug the weight up and then rotate your shoulders back, you're wasting your time. That's a worthless movement that doesn't do anything except waste your energy. Shrug up and down. Period. Also, you have a shitload of pressing movements in your shoulder workout. What about lateral raises and bent-over lateral raises or some other rear delt exercise?

No, there's nothing disrespectful about saying "please." That's the word, not "plz." It's called "advice" not "adv." You are, which is commonly contracted as "You're," is not spelled "ur." I guess some leeway is warranted since you're foreign, but a complete disregard for the syntax and semantics of the language is not cool. It's obviously not ignorance since you seem to have a grasp of all the retarded abbreviations and slang that are common these days. Plus, you could read what I said, which was in perfect English. That was my point.

You want advice? I gave you advice. Let's do it again and I'll even add some extra for no additional charge.

1) Up your carbs. When trying to gain lean tissue eat plenty of carbs.

2) Don't roll your shoulders on shrugs. Shrug up and down only.

3) Incorporate lateral raises and bent over lateral raises in your shoulder workout. Also, you really only need 2 pressing movements max.

4) Being that it is a much smaller and less complex muscle group, do less for your chest than you do for your back. Not the way that you are doing it now.

5) Ditch the pulldowns in favor of pull-ups. Do deadlifts. Use a barbell for your rows.

6) Do less bicep work. Start with straight bar curls as opposed to concentration curls. Use isolation movements as finishers not as beginning movements.

You're(notice my proper use of the contraction) still a novice with approximately four months of training. You do not need steroids. You do not need steroids for several years. You do not deserve to use them. DON'T USE STEROIDS! You don't even know how to structure a training program or proper diet and you want to use steroids? Let me guess, you ran a gram and a half of test per week along with 800mg of deca and 100mg d-bol/day for your first cycle. Yeah, because that would make you super huge even with a terrible diet and no training knowledge. Moral of the story: KNOCK IT OFF WITH THE STEROID SHIT! DON'T USE STEROIDS!

I am VERY unclear what the point of your attacks on cageddemon are about???? Do you have a need to feel superior by attacking someone from a different culture?? Have you ever been to his country? Possibly you have frequented online communities that are based in his country. Do you have any idea how the english language is used in his country?? I certainly do not, and would not pretend to. I simply did the best I could in reading his question and assisted where I felt I had the knowledge and or experience.
There are people on this board as you well know from all over the world. Should we ridicule or demean because they use the english language and it abbreviations differently than you or I?? Maybe we should set up a seperate board on the proper use of the english language and you can be its moderator??
The last time I checked this board was created so we could all help each other. To that end why not answer the question?? Without the commentary on his use of english?? If you are so disgusted by his means of communicating, then do not reply!!
