Breast Augmentation???

Hi there! I have had two BA surgeries so I thought I would share my experience. I was a D pre-pregnancy (son was born in 1990). I breast fed and shrunk down to a small C with a lot of ptosis. My first surgery was 400 cc silicon implants over the muscle with a donut mastopexy (because I didn't want the scars associated with a full lift). That brought me up to a DD and they looked awesome for about three weeks when they started sagging severely. By six weeks I was a very saggy DD. My second surgery was four months after the first. I kept the implants with a full mastopexy. They looked great for two months before they started sagging again. They are not nearly as saggy as before the last surgery, but I am not happy with them. Now my doctor suggests slightly smaller implants but under the muscle. I never wanted to go under the muscle because of the reasons previously stated on this thread. Anyway another surgery with new silicone implants are cost prohibitive right now anyway. I am a DD and think they are too big. I wear size 2-4 pants and everything on top has to be at least a 6 sometimes 8, and is too large everywhere else except the boobs. If I had it to do over I would go with about a 325 cc implant. That is my experience anyway for whatever its worth...

I wanted to go over the muscle until the doctor told me that I would be sagging in no time with the size I wanted. I don't need a lift, but he said that a few more years without implants and I would have needed one. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't happy with yours, but it sounds like your surgeon didn't offer the best fit for you. I am 5'4 1/2 with a medium build. I am not into fitness or figure, but BB. I don't forsee any real trouble anytime in my near future in the way of chest muscle. We'll have to see what happens.

so its the under inflation that causes those ripples. I always wondered about that.

Boscoe, best of luck with the new boobies chica! You should use this thread to keep us updated on the surgery and post op results. Believe me there are tons of other ladies who would be very interested in following your experience.

I saw a bad bood job in a porn movie last night and I thought of this thread...the scars were visible, which wasn't the worst of it...the worst of it was how they looked when they bounced. Like two solid lumps moving around in the softness of her real breasts. Yucky. I think I'd rather have small ones that bounce like they should.

It made me wonder how many women think about how their breasts move in action, rather than just how they look in the mirror, standing still.

My husband makes me do naked jumping jacks for kicks sometimes (we are normal I swear) Anyhow, I'll bet it looks worse than I could imagine!

Ms Wilson has 650 cc over the muscle biofit (teardrop) salines. She has had them for over 5 years. No sagging at all, only ripples when she is less than 7% bodyfat. They look natural but with less sag and more projection at 15% bodyfat.

And, you'll still have ripples with overfilled salines at a low percent bodyfat (less than 7-8%). No way around it, and they will have an "implant" look when you're lean as the border of the implant is more pronounced. Silicone over the muscle are the best solution for a female physique athlete in my opinion.

But it is still an individual choice and what YOU are happy with.
