Uhm... I usually box for about 20 - 30mins after I workout, that includes; speedbag, hitting the bag, skipping the ropes after my workouts.. Is that effective?
1) workout, weight lift come home;
2) box; ie) skip rope, speedbag, punching bag
. about 20 - 30mins.
3) then shower
4) then protein shakes..
Is this okay?
