Hey, I am new to the world of fitness, have never seriously lifted or anything and I would like to get serious. One thing I really want to do is start to Box. Does anyone have tips on where to go in the Buffalo NY area? Also I would like to know what advice some have on taking some fat burners and also supplements to help me build muscle while lifting. I'm not over weight but I would like to slim down the fat I have and get in shape to box, any help would be great!
