bignate73 New member Mar 16, 2003 #3 i love box squats, but the boxes i built <sniff> got thrown away. at the club i work at no less. stupid people. both will definitely help you. gms will bulletproof your lower back.

coolcolj New member Mar 17, 2003 #8 Well I think its because of the high volume of oly lifts and oly pulls I do. Lots of posterior chain work there. Plus I do hammer the hyper back extensions quote a bit in an explosive manner. Damn my hamstrings are sore right now

R R CRUSHER New member Mar 17, 2003 #10 i do bench squats they hit my quads only been thinking about rigging up a box but i've dragged enough sh*t in the gym already. i know bentleg GM's have done wonders for my squat (at the bottom), deadlifts and heavy rows.
