Has anyone heard of getting botox injected in your arm pits to stop sweating? And does anyone know where to get it, besides the regular doctor?

i herd botox stops people from sweating, but i dun think you get them in your arm pit. i think its done like a normal session it just is a extra bonus u get from gettin botox that it helps people who sweat way to much stop sweating so fast.

a regular dr wont do it you have to goto a specialist , its ranges from 200-350 per session.

It works, my friend had it done, and it lasts for about 4 months..

Funny you should bring up botox, I was watching dave chappelle last nite, and he had a funny little bit about getting botox injected in his balls..lmao!

clonidine reduces sweating, i knew a guy who used it succesfully

if you also have high blood pressure, maybe clonidine is the way to go.

Botox is currently approved for wrinkles in the face,

Allergen has applied for approval (clearance) for sweating among other indications. I would go see a plastics guy and ask him about injections in the arm pit, may help may not,

Allergen customer service could probably help you answer that question, plus if they are still in clinical trials you could get free injections.

I have had Botox injections in my forehead at least 10 times over the past 6 or 7 years.

Initially it lasted for about 6 months, but progressively it lasted longer, up to 10 months.

I have paid 500 all the way down to free injections. So pricing is varied, I believe it has dropped considerably in the past few years.
