I just think soy blows as a protein. That's just my opinion. Why eat soy when you can eat beef, or tuna, or chicken, or cheese, or milk, or eggs, or whey, or shrimp, or whatever?
If you're talking about a cheap source of chewable protein, Boca Burgers would be at the bottom of the desirable list. Like studmuff said - there are so many better sources of protein you could get your hands (and teeth) on.
