lol. Bob sagat is a lanky pansy. and a foul mouth too.

That guy has an interesting method... each set (or "attempt") do as many reps as possible, and try to go for 4-5 sets per exercise...
I may test that out for a bit.

thankkkkkkk youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

I promise you -- his shoulder movement... where he goes up - out then down... is KILLER... as well as I now do seated shrugs straight into his advice of the alternating db shrug -- im telling you -- adding those 2 things -- kills my shoulders and traps -- I mean almost hurts to touch the next day... dude knows his shit. and I love the mentality of not setting a number in your head -- if you do, you wont push enough...

gl get big bros

thanks again

I never set a number. I have the mentality, that I am gonna do as many as I possibly can without killing myself literally.

Haha -- and that is the mentality to have -- my workout partner will not listen to me not one bit -- he has a set number in his head and just tries to hit it -- and he always makes it lower than it should be anyway -- and rarely ever does he finish a set by failure -- kinda ridiculous really... oh well -- to each their own -- Im the one who got em going and his routine, but o well -- one can only do so much..

Since I always lift by myself, I do as many as I can, knowing the next rep I would need a spotter to get it up, which means that last rep was really really hard anyways. That is failure. Needing a spotter help you up with the next rep is going too far for me. I 'd just do another set.

i never go higher than 5 reps. when i can do 3 sets of 5 reps(unasisted of course)..time to increase poundage.
