Blood work results but doc says its normal?

Its certainly in the shitter. Blood work is blood work. Your doc says it normal because its "in the range" that his little book tells him. 99% of doctors are fucking retards and cant comprehend anything if it doesnt come from their books. Like practical adaptation that with test stats like that you likely feel like shit. They dont care because its "in range" .

What are you after here? You want to get on TRT? You feel like shit? Want to try and raise it naturally?

A 2nd opinion will likely yield the same...a shit head doctor.

Here is my stats 5'5 200 lbs 20% bf.

Diet avg day as I was trying to cut down
1800 cal
180 g protein
170 g carbs
44 g fat
Spread between 6 meals.

Lift 4 x'a week.

Since the doc says my level are normal and I disagree (symptoms:tired all the time, low sex drive, not sleeping good at night)

In have started to explore ways to increase on my own.

Age? Ever cycle or use any AAS previously?

If your trying to cut then your carbs are too high and your fats are too low.

Yes, at the absolute lowest you should be getting 1 gram per lb of protein.

If you have never used AAS and you have low T..... What does the rest of your blood work look like? Lipids, liver, kidneys, thyroid ect? Any family history of hypo thyroid?

If there's not another underlying problem and your test is just low then you absolutely could be a candidate for hrt. If you cycle, your likely to have even lower test after or at least just back to where its at now. It certainly won't go higher. If you make sure there's no other issues and get a real doc who isn't a shit pile then you could get on hrt and then if you cycle you will have your hrt there when your done.
There are many natty thigs that work awsome to raise test. But if there's an issue or you just have naturally low T then they will cease their good effects when you stop.
I can tell you though that if you started taking HCGENERATE and unleashed you will probably feel way better. When someone is NOT on a cycle they can really feel the effects of what these supps do. You should feel a difference in 2-4 days.

I also forgot to add....if you are considering a cycle in the future you really really need to get your body fat down to 15% or less. Such high body fat as you currently have will just exagerate possible side effects....like easier to add more body fat, more estrogen conversion, harsher effects on lipids....ect.
That's for a cycle. If you were to be put on trt then that would put you in high normal range and help your body. Just a 100-125mg wk trt dose would seem like a cycle. You would drop bodyfat and add a ton of muscle within the first 6-12 mos if you bust your ass. Then if you ever decided to cycle you would be primed for a very successful cycle.

With TRT though.....you have got to be your own advocate. Almost any regular doctor and the majority of endo's are idiots. They like to put guys on a hormone roller coaster. 200mg every 2 weeks...if even seen 300mg every 3 weeks. Or 100mg every 2 weeks..... It can be awful. A hormone roller coaster is more unhealthy than where you are now. You must insist on once per week injections. Andro gel can work though. But injections are best.

I would really consider looking into ways of getting yourself into a healthy range naturally before heading into the TRT route.

There could be a lot of underlying issues that are contributing to your lower numbers. Diet can be a big factor in it as well as sleep patterns, activity, and lifestyle. Just simple things like changing to a healthier lifestyle can make a huge impact. Then you add ways of boosting your test naturally to it with some of the great test boosters available and you could put yourself right where you need to be ;)

at 5 5 and 200 pounds for a guy who has never cycled i would guess you are more than 20% body fat. it would be closer to 25% or even more than that. but put up a pic and we can tell you a more accurate number.

i would say get your lifestyle in check and your numbers will drastically improve.

Yes^^^ I dont want to sound like I was advocating TRT before lifestyle and diet and supplement changes first.

I would adjust your diet. Make it squeaky clean. Drop your bodyfat to 15% or less. See how you feel. Get bloods done. I bet this would make a huge difference alone. Then if its still low, try the supplements that work. See how that goes. Then if things arent where they need to be that would be the time to seek TRT.

I appreciate the info. I was starting to get alittle worried as I wasn't seeing the scale move down it was edging up. Other than increasing the protein to 200+ grams what do you recommend for fats and carbs.

You might want to talk with Rick and also do some research about intermittent fasting. If that absolutely doesn't fit your lifestyle then you have to figure out lean body mass. Then you can figure out maintinence calories. Then cut the calories by 500 or so, so your in a calorie deficit.
As an example I'm 230 @ 6ft. Apx 15% bf. My maintinence is apx 3000. My current cutting diet is around 2600. 300-350 protein daily, 100-120g carbs and , apx 80-100g fats. Carbs and fat vary depending on the day though.

+1 AT 29 you should be able to get your T levels high. DAA, Phytoserms, BRIDGE and especially UNLEASHED should make a HUGE difference. If your Free T doesn't double, THEN you can consider HRT, but I think it will.
