180 g protein
170 g carbs
44 g fat
Spread between 6 meals.

Since the doc says my level are normal and I disagree (symptoms:tired all the time, low sex drive, not sleeping good at night)
In have started to explore ways to increase on my own.
Age? Ever cycle or use any AAS previously?
If your trying to cut then your carbs are too high and your fats are too low.
I appreciate the info. I was starting to get alittle worried as I wasn't seeing the scale move down it was edging up. Other than increasing the protein to 200+ grams what do you recommend for fats and carbs.
I would really consider looking into ways of getting yourself into a healthy range naturally before heading into the TRT route.
There could be a lot of underlying issues that are contributing to your lower numbers. Diet can be a big factor in it as well as sleep patterns, activity, and lifestyle. Just simple things like changing to a healthier lifestyle can make a huge impact. Then you add ways of boosting your test naturally to it with some of the great test boosters available and you could put yourself right where you need to be![]()
