Although your numbers have dropped, this can be the result of the new lab performing the test at a different time of day than the previous testing, plus free Test has never really been very accurate.

Total testosterone: 300 - 1000 ng/dl
Free Testosterone: 8.70 - 25.1 pg/ml *

* the free Test would be for your age group and sampled in the morning

You will also have to base your results around the testing and 'normal range' parameters of the lab carrying out the test as the ranges can vary from lab to lab.

Your other blood work results showing your FSH, LH and/or prolactin levels will give you a better idea of what is going on.

In the little experience that I have, carrying out ultrasonidos to my athlees patients, I have never observed cases of fatty Liver, (I speak of regular users of steroids) those are even big national altetas and one patient in professional level.
Porbably has some metabolic dysfunction, specifically hepatic, I will investigate a little.
If the steroids were the cause, it would be correlated with elevation of the levels of cholesterol and triglicérids, I remember, they are in the normal range

I have seen it on one person several years ago. Young guy that was trying to get life insurance. Well his liver functions came back high. His liver was one the fatties ones I have seen. I thought that strange and asked the guy if he was taking any kind of medication and he confided he had been taking oral steroids. At that time I knew notta about steroids so I did not think to ask what kind of oral he was taking or how long. Funny thing was the guy did not even look like he lifted or was active (chubby).

Update:
No tumors or cysts in my liver.

They also ran a hepatitus C test. It came back negative.
We are going to run a hepatitus B test next. I guess they need more blood.

Next we are going to run a test to see if my body is storing Iron.

In one month we are going to run the tests again. I am not going to take any supplements and I am going to cut out the natural peanut butter. I guess there are some cases of bacteria or something in peanut butter that have caused liver issues.
We are also going to run some tests to see if I have elevated serum aminotransferases.
