Blood Work Results.. any insight?

Update: my Dr. didn't feel my ALT levels being at 64 indicated any liver problems and said any further tests would be overkill.
So I am out of luck for now.
I am looking to find a new primary care physician in the mean time.
What would you guys recomend?
I don't know what to do. I am going crazy. The last thing I want to do is start up with test to get my sex drive back.

If your physician didn't think your ALT levels where high then he would have to explain why they were at the level they were at. If he didn't do so, then he is irresponsible. The whole point of tests is to accertain what is wrong or to rule things out. Your physician has done neither. I can understand your frustration. Doctors like this should be struck-off.

The CBC test results you posted would only let you know what was happening in realtion to your hematology, electrolyte, hepatic enzymes, renal functions, protein and lipid values. Since you feel you are experiencing a low sex drive, you could consider the following tests:
  • FSH (follicle stimulating hormone)
  • LH (luteneising hormone)
  • SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin)
Although your TEST results on your CBC were within normal ranges, they were to the lower end at 416. Your Free Test level was also fine but sometimes this can be difficult to measure accurately. The above tests would give you a better understanding of what is going on.

Just a question: Is it just a lack of interest in sex or is it more of being unable to achieve an erection. If it is the later, then a urologist would be your best bet at carrying out these tests and any others which may be required.

And definitely don't start-up with taking anything else until you can figure out what is the cause of your current problem.

the nivels of your ALT are very little higth taht the normal range, already i´m explain you that maybe its for a viral process (you point out like allergic process) it could alter avery little that transaminasa nivel. it is not necessary to repeat the study or to make more exams for this reason.

I consider that an organic problem has been discarded, go to a psychiatrist or a sexologist, the stress or the anxiety are very probably playing an important paper

greetings

Just to clarify something so that you are not freaking out slat. When I said that your TEST levels were towards the low end of the scale, I meant that it is possible that a value of 416 is considered low for you but that this value would be perfectly fine for someone else as each person is unique. The normal range is between 300-1000 ng/dl. Your normal value might be 700 so your current value of 416 is considered low for you and as a result you would expereince any associated negative effects.

I have dostinex, clomid and nolvadex on hand. Would it be of benefit to take on of those?

It really depends. Without knowing the results of a few other tests, it's hard to say. See if you can get a referral to an endocrinologist, or possibly a urologist. These docs would be better suited to help you. Insist that you have the other tests ran. Those again were:

Prolactin, FSH, LH, TSH, Total T3, Free T4, and Estradiol.

Be insistant with your PCP if you have to, don't take no for an answer. You may be able to self refer to an endo, depending on your insurance, whether its an HMO, PPO, etc.

If he won't refer you, and you can't refer yourself, call an endo in your network and tell him your plight.

I've never had any trouble getting a test done, even when the physician didn't think I needed it (proved him wrong).

first... your lab ok, like CEO tell you
second... dostinex, nolvadex and others when your dr checking your problem

416 its a good range of testosterone... i dont imagin taht its the origen

Update.
I have a new Dr. He went over my history and is running all sorts of tests that should have been done in the past. EKG, Urine sample, and they took 5 vials of blood to run the tests mentioned about.
I go back on January 9th to see the results!
