Your red blood cell count and associated hemaglobin and hematocrit levels are out of range by a few points but this shouldn't be a problem. (where I have used 'slightly raised' or 'slightly low' means that your values are just falling out of range by one or two points and so shouldn't pose a problem). Your neotrophil count is elevated which could be a sign of an active infection. All ectrolyte values are fine. Your ALT levels are very high which could be a sign of liver damage, kidney infection, alcoholism, chemical exposure, heart problems or other conditions. Your other renal values are showing fine so any link to your kidneys can likely be ruled out. You can rule out the alcohol too from what you have mentioned. All your lipid values are fine.

So the only thing which stands out is your ALT levels. Normally this value is quite low. When you suffer damage to the liver, ALT levels will slowly increase in the blood stream before you will start experiencing other symptoms.

Best advice is to consult back with your physician and discuss your reslts in detail and see if a further ALT test is required.

This is an excellent analysis.

If you did some orals, your ALT will be higher and will come down over 3-6 months. No orals for 6 months, pls.

Your cholesterol is outstanding.

Your test is mid-range and needs to be higher... more like 750.

I do not see PSA for prostate. Hopefully you are in the 1.0's. Always get this.
I do not see DHT. High in this (over 700) is trouble.
And I do not see esto. This could be your trouble maker.

If I over train, I get no desire payback.
Add a rest day or cut some sets.

All in all ... you are healthy. Just need a small tweeking or some hot romance.

For reference here's my test results from my last test:

ALT: 40 iu/L
Test total: 463
Test free: 14.6

My sex drive was fine and I was holding weight fine. I had been clean for a few months following a successful PCT -- 29 yo and 6'0" 212 lbs.

Hello friend
In answer at your PM

when analyzing your blood exam
I observe some things:

Is your hemoglobin level high, do you smoke?

Your creatinina level this in the limit, compared with the level of potassium that is a little high (Value normal of 3,5 at 4,5) maybe you were a little dehydrated to the moment of the exam, but it watches over your arterial pressure and get more water.

The ALT (Transaminasa liverwort) this a little high, maybe recently you had a Viral sindrome, confirm me this fact and send me answer in a PM, I don't usually enter in this forum.

The levels of HDL and LDL cholesterol are normal, in a minor range of the normal so don't worry about the matter, a recommendation to improve the cholesterol is that you take linen oil (CLA) it improves the proportion of acids fatty omega 3 and 6 and the levels of cholesterol HDL

I´m coincid with Ceo, make you a hormonal profile that includes Estradiol, progesteron, prolactin, T3, T4 and TSH

Greetings

I should be getting my blood test results this week.I am curious what my numbers are.I have not taken anything in a few years. But fixing to start.

Find out the free test reference range from THAT LAB that performed the test, and see if you're in line.

% Free test = 3.4% Reference range: 2.0 to 4.8%
Free test = 14.1 Reference range: 9 to 30ng/dl
Total test = 416 Reference range: 240 to 950ng/dl

I have an appointment to discuss what I learned above with my Dr.
I am going to let him know that I am concerned about the ALT levels as mentioned above. I plan on explaining to him as it was explained to me that it could be the cause of my lack of a sex drive.
I will tell him I was told to get my Prolactin, FSH, LH, TSH, Total t3, Free t4 and estradiol checked as recomended above.
I really need a new primary care physician!

My first inclination is that there is an elevated estrogen level. You're going about the right path by going back and requesting those tests. Remember, he works for you. You can request tests and have the right to have them done. Medicine is so much guesswork anyway. Let us know what you find out!

good luck friend
possibly its the high levels of estrogen in your blood, let us wait those results to reach future conclusions

in your PM
you tell me that you had a virosis or an allergy, that explains some alterations in the transaminasas in your test.

the high hemoglobin levels, are probably because of the use previous of roids.

and the alterations of electrolytes agree with the dehydration that you had for the moment of the exam.... for these things, you should be calm

lets wait the hormonal studies and you warn us

a hug

PLEASE: Sorry for my bad English
