[FONT=&quot]I'm going to be watching my health better in 2019/2020 and aas is starting to become a lifestyle, so I'll be monitoring my blood pressure[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]I've looked at Amazon but am having trouble finding one for larger arms. My arms aren't huge, but most these cuffs are made for 16"s or smaller. Digital or analog would be fine with me, I'd just have to learn how to read an analog. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Wrist ones would be fine too as long as they are accurate. I really want an accurate one[/FONT]

Go up a few bucks. The better and more accurate are more expensive.

i use the one at the grocery store mainly... you will have to wait an see if anyone else here has one at home they use

i have one i use at home man. the cuff is adjustable so it fits fine

just make sure you do it correctly with your palm upside and sitting down straight etc.

I cant remember the brand of the one I have at home, but I spent the extra to have a good one
