Depends on what weight class, I guess. Water has weight, so you have to watch that if you're trying to stay in a weight class. Superheavies don't need to worry about it though, and the bloat will help squat and bench, not so much dead.
The bloat is very gooood, lol, everyone so far agrees I think, nothing better than breathing heavy from just walking-or the weight feeling light and your joints just feel great as Spatts said.
