2 people call me racist when speaking out about BS like this. One of them is black. Well, he looks black but that all the credit I will give him... The other is just a complete idiot...

I will say however that I think black are someone distrusting. SO brothas and sistas want thier voices heard and many schemes of doing this will not give them any way of making sure of this. In fact no way will give them a way of making sure of this , but after the 2000 fiasco, people especially minoritys and the elderly are extra sensitive to this issue

But as an Oracle DBA and a developer of sorts I could write software to fit this need too. All I need is a contract and I'll be in S Florida in a heartbeat

If "most" >= 50% then unfortunately I will have to agree with this but it has nothing to do with voting machines.

I has everything to do with black people feeling confident of the people on the ballot. KRS1 said once "You either vote for the mumps or the measles. Wheather you vote for the lesser of two evils , you vote for evil"

SO I think this ideaology has stop many blacks from voting. I will drive people to the ballots in my neighborhood if necessary. We need better then 30 or 35% turnout
