nice log. I like it...I havent pressed close to 600 in like 15 yrs..come to think of it longer more like 18 yrs and I was training for long and high jump at the time
I stick to an very boring 8-10x3 routine with the exception of back and tri-s that I only change up when things are stagnant mainly because Im add and forget where Im at if I change it up
Im always interested to look at peoples logs, male or female to get ideas for my workout and honestly to compare weights to see where I'm at
Im generally surprised by what I see and where I stack up
ya i didnt really mean to make this a log, was just bumping an old post... but i kind of might just go with it now... i kind of like the 'title'...
i remember my track days... that would have been about 15 years ago for me... i probably weighed like 110lbs
funny thing is, unlike most guys that put on some size ( i know im still not that big), im probably faster than i was back then...
so with this we will set some goals...
by end of year:
500 squat
300 bench
550 dead
there, now it is in writing... somehow that always seems to keep me pushing harder... i dont always make my goals, but if i fall short it is not by much...
anabolics will be at a minimum... i will be getting more rest though, because at work they just gave me a new position so for half the day i have it VERY easy... this will help a lot...
