405 is the highest Ive gone...
I find these disappointing "lifts" for me given what I used to do....but I belong to a puff gym so I enjoy immensely that rarely does anyone press or hell DL more than me ...or even dl at all for that matter
my dl is no where near that though because of my spine and my squat sucks the poo for weight...but m probably going to be dropping it anyway here shortly because my obliques are getting out of hand and isn't my current goal

nice log. I like it...I havent pressed close to 600 in like 15 yrs..come to think of it longer more like 18 yrs and I was training for long and high jump at the time

I stick to an very boring 8-10x3 routine with the exception of back and tri-s that I only change up when things are stagnant mainly because Im add and forget where Im at if I change it up

Im always interested to look at peoples logs, male or female to get ideas for my workout and honestly to compare weights to see where I'm at
Im generally surprised by what I see and where I stack up

getting 500 for reps now too!...

yo, bblazer... if i hit 550 this week, what would you reccomend i aim for on the next round of Coan?... anyone else have any ideas? i will not be squatting, except for oly front squats once a week... which is very low volume for me, as i have ran smolov a couple times...

with 10 weeks is 600 even fathomable?... i will be on 200mg/wk trt...

The pull looked strong. Are you doing ghr and reverse hyper 4xs a week. It looks like you have the leg drive for 550+ easily, but you need to bring up the posterior chain to lock it out. If you arent planning on a full blown max squat session, I would atleast do low box squats as an accessory lift. Also, do different variations of good mornings. One that I really believe has direct carryover to the sq, and dl
 
I feel thatThe chain suspended safety squat bar GM has the best carryover to the sq, and dl. Set the chains or straps to where you would begin to lockout the dl. Make sure you do this exercise explosively. I also like to add bands, chains, or both to increase intensity.

i didnt have a ghr at that gym, but i just started up one that i went to years ago that i loved... they have one and i forgot in my workout posts that i did use it after my squat sessions after my lifts...

i will be testing my max dead on monday...
im going to be using 405 as my max squat, it was pretty hard, but form held very well...

that was gold's gym in oakdale, ca.... from which i quit late last year and was working out at home... until... just the other day with that first squat rack im back at my favorite gym from my past, brenda athletic club... its a pretty bad ass gym...
they have several lanes of a half length olympic pool...
several other pools...
like an acre of tennis courts...
basketball courts...
etc etc.... and they actually have pretty knowlegable staff, they do lessons on most of those sports and then of cousre the usual gym stuff...
