didnt do a single squat in about 3 months until yesterday- did leg press once like a month ago thats it-
seen a big guy struggling in the rack with 4 plates... so i went in for the kill...
now i am regretting it...

405 is the highest Ive gone...
I find these disappointing "lifts" for me given what I used to do....but I belong to a puff gym so I enjoy immensely that rarely does anyone press or hell DL more than me ...or even dl at all for that matter
my dl is no where near that though because of my spine and my squat sucks the poo for weight...but m probably going to be dropping it anyway here shortly because my obliques are getting out of hand and isn't my current goal
