Big Ass Boulder SHOULDERS

I do:

db military press 2 x 10
arnolds 2 x 10
one armed side raises 5 x 5

upright rows 5 x 5
shrugs 4 x 20 15 5 15 20

rear delt rasies 3 x 12 10 6
front rasies 2 x 6-8
 
I did Curls, then *Push Presses*, and Bent-over Rows today. I Clean the bar for the Presses. Tomorrow is Power Snatches and Box Squats.

2 sets of each.
 
Worked Chest, shoulders and tris tonight.

Incline dum press 145 5x5
Flat flys 75 x 8/8

Side laterals 40 x 12/10/8
Seated "Arnold" press 95 x 10/8/7

Seated French press
(with a single dumbbell) 125 x 10/8/5
 
Tad - you're a big dude bra - or a big bullshister......but, I bet you're a monster...post your stats chief.....how long have you been training to hit those lifts?

I think I'm decent size using 90lbs for dbell press, but f-that....145? Man....

Did mine this a.m.

Side laterals (arms STRAIGHT OUT no bending) 5 sets. 20, 15, 12, 8, 6 ( all my sets look like this)

rear delts (on pec/dec) 5 sets
Standing military press 5 sets
upright rows 4 sets
shrugs (heavy) 3 sets
Flat bench ( machine) high reps 3 sets. just to work my front delts a little
 
Did shoulders and back this morning. For shoulders:

Seated military press with bar
Shrugs
DB lateral raises
Reverse pec deck
