Biceps with chest or back?

The Architect said:
I like arms on a seperate day. But if I had to choose I would do it with chest. Your working your bi's with back, but you won't work them as hard because they will already be fatigued. Try working them fresh with chest, you will have a much better workout.

Personally, I've started doing bi's after back. As for working them as hard...the goal is to work them to failure. So it shouldn't make a difference although everyone has an opinion. Sure, you won't be able to work with as much weight, but the specific weight isn't what's important. 3 sets of 8 with 75 on the bar with fresh arms should hit you as well as 3 sets of 8 with 60 on the bar after a back session...assuming those sets all go to failure. I agree in that there is something psychological at work here though...I throw in a bi only day once in a while just to keep my head happy :D
