Biceps with chest or back?

HI!
I've done my biceps with my back for a while now. And I feel I don't have any progress. I've tried to change exercises, but still the same. I have progress on the rest of my body...

My friend does his biceps with his back. I feel I'm to tired in my biceps to do them after back. But might this be an idea to try?

Any suggestions?

this is why i work bi's with back, you already hit them hard from all your pulling exercises. after a back workout, i'll mostly work on the peaks of my bi's, lighter weight, and really feel it. exercises like bent over dumbbell curls, preacher curls, cables etc.....then every other routine i'll hit the heavy weights....but sometimes i'll skip an off day to hit heavy bi's and maybe some calves.........just remember, your tired after your back workout, so you will tend to hurry though your bi's just to get it over with and go home....DO NOT DO THIS, hit bi's before back if you have to........BBB

Try hitting Bi's twice a week with different exercises for a few weeks.I had read an artice about one bodybuilder cant remember who off hand but it was all on Bi workouts and how he trained them twice a weeek and every so often two days in a row.So I figured I'd try it and I have made progress.

i don't do bi's with back so that i can work them more than once a week. for some reason my bi's just don't grow well off only one day a week.

but everyone's different. like big_bad_buff, don't rush through your workout even if they'r tired, but also remember not to overwork them either. if you still don't see gains, then switch it up, and lift them on a different day.

I like arms on a seperate day. But if I had to choose I would do it with chest. Your working your bi's with back, but you won't work them as hard because they will already be fatigued. Try working them fresh with chest, you will have a much better workout.

if you are getting lagged down because bis are on a back day then try to do them on chest or a separate arms day. I have a separate day when I want to BB and usually superset them with tris, I have only had great results from this....

Doing them with back is good, I only need two sets to fry my biceps at that point, because they are already fatigued from the deadlifts, rows, pulldowns etc. Doing it this way saves recovery energy for the more productive movements, like heavy back work, leg workouts, heavy presses, etc.
