Do you do hammer curls? If not start doing three sets of hammer curls each workout. Your back is looking good, and the tris definitely stick out. Keep it up!

I would do concentration curls, there used to create maximum height in the biceps especially the outside head. Really Squeeze at the top..

Are you talking about getting a peak? I've found by adding a twist (turn you pinky finger towards your chest) at the full contraction I feel it allot more.
