I'm not trying to hijack the awesomeness that is this thread/video, but have you tried LBAs?

I bought a few bottles a while back and I just couldn't do it. I can choke down anything, but the taste of LBAs truly upset my stomach. I'm sure they are great though.

I don't know. I need to get the recipe from him. I've been shown up with a recipe I would have never ever thought of damn.

He knows the mics i am going to get it from them and then post it on my site.

I bet it cut the cals down to around 250 but upped the protein and cut the carbs. I am going to try it and if it taste good then man is it going to be bad ass.

He says it taste great but the real test is if my kids will eat them that way lololol
